DELIVERY CHARGES

The regular delivery charge for the Conway area is $30.00.  General Little Rock/North Little Rock area is $60.00.  We quote delivery charges by general location, mileage, time of set-up, amount of time needed to set up cakes and/or place flowers, etc. on an individual basis.  Delivery/set-up consists of placing cakes on pre-set decorated tables that have been skirted and are already in place.  If table is not ready there will be a $20.00 per hour fee to set tables.  Cake deliveries are scheduled as to spend approximately 15-20 minutes to place and/or set up.  We will work with your assistants on your set-up, but must allow for in between set-up time on the next wedding.

It is very difficult to quote a wedding cake over the phone and therefore any phone quote is subject to change after an in-person consultation.  There are unlimited options or set-ups at your choice.  You may choose or design your own creation.  There will be a deposit required on the plates, columns and/or stands.  This deposit is refundable upon return of these items as long as they are clean and in good condition.  If items are not returned in the specified time allowed or are lost or broken, you will be required to replace them at Full Replacement Value.  We usually allow a 7 to 10 day return period, but some items may be for a shorter time.  Stands such as the "I DO" Van Horn Stand (4 clear separate heights) require a $100.00 deposit to insure the return of this stand.  It is your option to purchase outright any of these stands if you so desire.  We gladly order these stands at our wholesale prices for you, plus shipping.
