The Cake Company

The Cake Company - Cake and Company opened in November 1992.  We are a family owned and operated bakery.  Our mission statement is:  To provide a quality cake product and not depend on quantity.

All cakes are baked by order only.  We do not pre-bake nor use frozen products. 

Lisa Brady has over 15 years of cake decorating/designing experience that includes baking, decorating and designing award-winning confections. 

You may choose a cake from our photos, books, designs or bring in your own creation.  We will work with you to "BAKE" your special cake creation.

In May 2003, Molly P. Stanley joined us as a cake designer and decorator.  Molly has several years in the bakery, baking and decorating field and has won numerous awards for her skills.
